I took my daughter in to do the same and he did miss the first appointment but he more than made up for it and she also hasn't smoked since. He is amazing and truly cares about his clients. I called to let him know we still haven't smoked and it made his day. He knew exactly who we were and he is a true blessing

The Customer service and the fact they care to say if A piercing will work with the earlobe or not. Love these peeps so much!!! We have spent over 600 in 4 years.
